One-to-one classes

Working one-to-one is the best way to maximise the benefits of pilates and movement repatterning. I train a wide range of clients and am currently available for one-to-one sessions.

With 12 years of experience teaching pilates, as well as 10 years as a yoga teacher, I can tailor a movement repatterning programme for your specific needs.
