I’ve been teaching pilates at The Third Space, the award-winning London health club, since its inception. I regularly teach a range of pilates matwork classes and also provide one-to-one training using the specialised equipment in The Third Space’s Pilates Studio.
I’m now also teaching pilates twice a week at Yotopia in Covent Garden.
I also teach regular yoga and pilates drop-in classes throughout London.
